ChiaoGoo means "highly skillful and crafty lady". Inspired by their mother, the founders of ChiaoGoo started manufacturing knitting needles in China in the 1990's. Their North American marketing and distribution centre in Troy, Michigan was established in 2005 and today, the business has expanded to become one of the most respected producers of knitting and crochet tools.
