Shipping Information
We ship across Canada from Midland, Ontario, Canada.
We ship orders every weekday, except statutory holidays. We strive to ship out orders the same day that they are received.
Canadian orders are sent via various couriers (2 to 8 business days), and are insured up to $100. All other destinations will be shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet. Tracking numbers will be sent when your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates Within Canada
- Flat Rate Expedited Shipping Within Ontario $14
- Flat Rate Expedited Shipping Rest of Canada $19
- Free Expedited Shipping for Orders above $175 before taxes (note this does not include Gift Cards)
For orders $175 + before taxes, shipping is free - except for sale and heavy items.
Shipping cost of sale and heavy items (i.e. weaving looms) is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
